Or perhaps the home you choose just needs a little personalization to make it yours!! I have done reno's for clients in just a few weeks so when they move in it is perfect. My expertise and a full team of contractors, electricians, painters, etc will get the job done!

Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions in one's life and I am sensitive to that. A little about myself...I know Toronto and the GTA very well having been a real estate investor for 30+ years and having lived in and renovated 21 homes, from Richmond Hill and Aurora to Guildwood and from Rexdale to Markham, Pickering, and Ajax to name a few. Outside of Toronto too, I have sold houses as far west as Burlington, Georgetown and Guelph and east to Coburg and north to Orillia, having such fun helping my clients and friends find (and create) that perfect dream home.
