This team is helpful in getting top $$$ for a listing, but as well for a Buyer that finds a home with great bones but at a discount. I have done reno's for clients in just a few weeks so when they move in it is perfect. My expertise and a full team of contractors, electricians, painters, etc will get the job done!
Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions in one's life and I am sensitive to that. Taking one's time, looking at houses and neigbourhoods is the fun part and shouldn't be rushed until YOU are ready. I know Toronto and the GTA very well having been a real estate investor for 30+ years and having lived in and renovated 21 homes, from Richmond Hill and Aurora to Guildwood and from Rexdale to Markham, Pickering and Ajax to name a few.
